When you start to speak the truth

When you find your voice

People will want to silence you, shut your shit down.

Do it anyway.

Because nothing really matters except what you know to be true and how well you love and believe in yourself.

What other people think of us is none of our business. Opinions are like assholes, everybody’s got one.

Suddenly living your truth -no longer hiding the dark, the imperfect, the ugly- will open the floodgates of protest from those who have something to gain if you are silenced. Something to gain if you are kept small. Kept invisible.

These peeps will take pleasure in casting you off as cray-cray. Angry, spiteful, vindictive, unstable, or whatever else they think will invalidate your truth. Sometimes, it will work- don’t be discouraged.

Sadly enough, others might just listen to THEIR non-sense. This should not halt your attempts. It may help to know that these nay-sayers are coming from SIMILAR DARKNESS to what you are trying to illuminate. They soooo wish to have these secrets remain secret. 😳 And they stand to lose A LOT if you appear sane, grounded and smiling anyways despite what has happened.

The best revenge on those who have wronged you is to work on your own healing and become as whole as life intended. Only then can we concentrate on our “original medicine” our purpose. The reason why we are here.
