“Moving On” – I am compelled to write about such a phrase or declaration or command or – whatever the intention of the speaker. Ahhh yes, these two words, for so long, smacked of alienation, silence, dismissal, empty, isolation. How I hated to hear this from “well-meaners” 😳

I can’t love this enough, people don’t realise you can’t just ‘move on’ or ‘get over’ or ‘let go’ like we’re gripping on for the fun of it! X

This is why I am moved to blog about my trauma experiences. We live in a world of numb people. We can’t sit with others in their pain/trauma if we haven’t dealt with our own – sums up 90% of the people we meet. 😔
